Founder
Dr. Rodney D. Hall, PhD founded Technology by Design in 2006. Transferring ownership to David Ruggles in 2013, he has gone on to develop a Leadership Coaching and Training organization. Over the past several years, he has had the opportunity to serve clients around the globe including business and non-profit leaders and their organizations. He is a Certified Lifeforming Leadership Coach and Coach Trainer and has served as an Associate Professor of Life Coaching at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, Oklahoma and as a Coach Trainer for the Hey Coach John coaching organization.
He holds bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, and a Masters Degree with Leadership Concentration. His PhD dissertation discusses the use of technology in accomplishing organizational goals and objectives and serves as a resource for the Technology by Design methodology. He holds certifications from IBM in System Administration, Application Development and Technology Training.
He is a certified Instructor for NxLevel, a popular Entrepreneurial training curriculum and has consulted, trained and developed curricula for many organizations including:
