Founded in 2006 by Rodney Hall following years of business and technology experience that took him to various parts of the globe consulting and training large corporations, branches of local, state and federal governments and non-profit organizations. A rapid expansion of the company began in 2011 when David Ruggles came on board and focused on expanding the client base. In early 2013 control of the organization was handed over to David Ruggles as he took over complete ownership. We are excited to continue growing and serving an ever larger number of clients in the greater Sampson and Duplin county region.
